WHAT IS INCLUDED
Structured across ten specialist lots, the framework covers:
Office and business supplies
Five trusted suppliers deliver a broad range of essential goods and services – including stationery, PPE, hygiene supplies, and shredding. This lot offers flexible product options through a core basket of goods, with the ability to identify items that deliver best value, support sustainability, and offer a mix of branded and own-brand choices. With nationwide coverage, it supports daily operations and health and safety across your organisation.
Smart savings for office and business solutions
Two suppliers deliver nationwide service and tailored savings plans. Within 30 days of contract start, members receive a Smart Savings Plan outlining how agreed savings will be achieved by year one. Progress is tracked monthly for transparency. The lot covers office stationery, business machines, paper, labels, filing, PPE, hygiene supplies, and services like shredding and recycling.
Print, mailing and digital communications
Five suppliers provide nationwide access to high-quality print and digital communication services. The lot includes end-to-end print and document management, scanning, storage, fulfilment, and distribution. Customers can also access hybrid mail, desktop mailing, signage solutions, and online ordering – all tailored to meet operational and marketing needs.
Print devices and associated services
Four suppliers offer desktop to commercial print devices – with optional managed print services and digital transformation support – helping organisations improve productivity and reduce costs.
Office and business furniture
Six suppliers deliver desks, chairs, storage, and meeting furniture – with added services like space planning, installation, and maintenance – designed for modern public sector environments.
Digital transformation
Three suppliers provide secure digital solutions – including document management, workflow automation, cloud storage, and network security – to modernise operations and enhance efficiency.
Total print solution
Two suppliers offer an integrated print service – combining devices, support, and print management – to simplify administration, reduce cost and operational workload.
Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including specialist hazards
Six suppliers deliver standard and specialist PPE – including flame-resistant and thermal wear – with services like training, inspection, online ordering, and stock management.
Janitorial suppliers
Three suppliers provide a full range of cleaning and hygiene products – from cloths and chemicals to equipment and PPE – with flexible delivery, training, and inventory support.
Tail spend solutions
Two suppliers help manage low-value, ad hoc purchases – streamlining procurement, reducing admin, and unlocking hidden savings across categories like stationery, janitorial, and print.
